Motor Neuron disease is a progressive disease that often starts slowly and gets worsen over time. Symptoms usually start on one side of the body and later on, it will progress.
Major symptoms people notice are
*weakness in their hands and loss of grip
*Slurred speech, difficulty in breathing and swallowing
*weakness in legs and tendency to fall
*weakness of the shoulder, making it difficult to lift things
*frequent muscle cramps and twitching

*Difficulty in speaking, understanding, and expressing thought or reality
*Repeating questions and words
*Hallucination or experiencing delusions

PRION TYPE DISEASE
People with prion disease have neurological issues that worsen over time
*Rapidly developing dementia
*Difficulty walking and changes in gait
*Jerking movements of muscle
*Hallucinations and confusion
*Difficulty in speaking
