ABHYANGAM -OIL massages using medicated vaidhyamana special oils for strengthening musculoskeletal system followed by swedana karma (steam bath) – one and half hour/day

PANCHAKARMA
VAMANA (emisis therapy), virechana ( purgation), nasyam (nasal medication), basthi ( medicated enema) depending upon age, strength of the patient and other criteria’s as per physician

SIRO KARMA/NETRA KARMA/MUKHA LEPA
Vaidhyamana specific head therapies named moordha taila ( lepanam,abhyanaga,dara,) along with Netra karma ( sekam, anjanam, aschyothanam) for eyes. Specific mukha lepa (face pack)for women are done during this time.
